– You recently celebrated your 18th year in the industry. Can you tell us about this journey that you started by saying “Quality Product, Quality Service”?
– In 2002, we started our activities by establishing our family company, targeting the national market, and making economic range bathroom cabinets. Our strict principles have paid off which are to deserve the trust of our customers, and our business partners, to comply with legal requirements, to maintain high standards in our products and services, to comply with occupational health and safety, and to protect the environment.We have opened to the international market since 2007. We increased our exports that we started with Spain, Germany, and Algeria by adding France, Belgium, Austria, Slovenia, and Morocco in 2010.
– When did you meet Karabudak Machine KA.MA?
– One of the most important factors to be successful was investing in our facilities, equipment, and capacity. We searched for machines for the new facility we bought. References that you have done many successful projects as a trusted business partner in Turkey and the World have led us to you.
– Which machines of ours have you purchased, what are your assessments of our products?
– In 2017, we received your KR BM 1700 Automatic Spray Machine, and KR UVKH 24 Drying Line.After successful installation and training processes, as soon as we started working with your machines, we realized that we made the right decision. My wife, who in charge of our painting process was most happy.
With your special software on your KR BM 1700 Spray Machine, we have achieved the quality, speed, and increase we need in our production performance with the precise settings that we can easily make and record on the touch screen. Moreover, with the recycling system you have developed, we have saved 25% paint. The speed of your KR UVKH 24 Drying Line, which also saves energy with inverter ballast technology, has made our work easier.
In the meantime, we are also happy that the aqueous filtration system you use in your KR BM-1700 Painting Machine helps protect Nature by reducing emissions.
– We know you’re “Environmentally Friendly.” What would you say about that?
– As MIBILBANHO, we are aware of the impact our business has on the environment. We pay particular attention to the protection of the environment, and we pay due attention to the rational use of raw materials and Natural Resources. We received our ISO 9001 certificate in 2013 and are the only company in PORTUGAL producing PEFC certified bathroom cabinets to support forest sustainability.
– Is there anything you want to add something?
– With our specialized team and advanced technology machines, we have increased our production capacity of 1000 units per day to 4000 units per day. As soon as we overcome the global health crisis we are in, our expectations for doing business in the Middle Eastern and Eastern European markets are high. We are happy to choose Karabudak Machinery.
