WOODTECH’S TOP-RATED MACHINE IN 2019 WAS THE BM 1000 PAINT MACHINE
This year, Tüyap WoodTECH 2019 Woodworking Machinery Fair was the organization that we hosted the most visitors compared to previous years.
One of the machines that visitors are most interested in was our KR BM 1000 Automatic Spraying Machine. During the fair, it was presented to the enthusiasts by applying continuous paint application. Our machine, which takes full notes from our guests, has been ordered by many local and foreign visitors.
TWO DIFFERENT OF TYPES BM 1000!
We showed to our visitors two different of types BM 1000
BM 1000 with new optional equipment; can be equipped with polyolefin conveyor belt together with automatic belt cleaning and paint recovery system, can be produced with water filtration system optionally. This system both increases the product quality and protects the environment by reducing emission and some other features.
Our visitors had the opportunity to test all options together.
CONTINUOUSLY ACTIVE MACHINES DURING THE FAIR!
Through out WoodTECH 2019, our machines have continued to actively demo applications.
With the KR BM 1000, we performed a show by spraying both examples brought by our visitors as well as many different wooden pieces that are flat and carved.
A COMPLETE EXPERIENCE!
Our guests who had the opportunity to recognize each step without skipping any details; The first start of our machines, making the appropriate settings, entering the product to the machine, spraying and receiving. They said “Thanks to this demo, there is no question mark in our mind” and expressed their satisfaction.

HIGH GLOSS IN WATER BASED PAINT!
According to the Fair rules, the use of paint other than water-based paint is prohibited in the works carried out during the fair. So, we continue do our work using water-based paint during the fair. Our KR BM 1000 Automatic Spray Machine has proven once again that it is a leader in its class by getting a High Gloss look even in the use of water-based paint!
