




SURFACE SANDING MACHINE
Thanks to the KR TZM 1300 flexible sanding system, which was developed to sand the flat surfaces of the panels in the best way and with high-precision. It can perform high-quality and precise sanding on products with wider thickness tolerances such as press doors, as well as MDF and veneered covers. Thanks to this precisive and flexible structure, it can make brightly painted surfaces. It also allows fine sanding (up to P3000 grit) of products before polishing. The part located at the entrance detects work-pieces with image processing technology that is a special generated technology for the machine by Kama Engineers and called as KaVision).

Thanks to the KR TZM 1300 flexible sanding system, which was developed to sand the flat surfaces of the panels in the best way and with high-precision. With its artificial intelligence, KR TZM 1300 employs 4 independent servo-controlled vibration sanding robots for the most ideal sanding of the part. These arms, which move orbitally with a pressure sensitivity of 150gr and a speed of 12,000 rpm, create excellent surface quality. Since the speed of the sanding motors and the robot oscillation speed are managed by artificial intelligence according to the product structure, they ensure equal and precise sanding in every part of the product.
STANDARD FEATURES
IMAGE PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY CAVISION
With the Image Processing Technology (kavision) it uses, it scans more precisely than other scanning systems and ensures perfect sanding of your products. Image Processing Technology allows using the learning method. With this method, you can determine the areas you want to sand on the part and sand them, or you can sand only the areas outside the area you have determined.
CONTROL SYSTEM
All control of the machine is provided via 15” IPC (industrial computer). Thanks to this IPC, images of all sanded products, daily
working data (number, m2, etc.) and fault records are stored. It provides remote management and control of data. All production data can be tracked online with the optional IOT system. Daily production reports can be regularly compiled and presented to the factory’s management system or the manager. (by e-mail or sms)
ROBOTIC ARM SANDING SYSTEM
This unit has 4 mobile orbital sanding robots whose pressure intensities, sanding speeds and robot oscillation speed can be adjusted automatically. Each robot has 2 independent orbital sanding motors. Sanding pressures are automatically adjusted, taking into account height differences and edges on the product. In this way, smart sanding is done.
VACUUM CONVEYOR
The vacuum system ensures that the products maintain their positions while sanding on the conveyor belt. The vacuum conveyor also has rubber-coated pressure rollers between each unit.
DUST CLEANING BRUSH
It cleans the dust formed during sanding with its antistatic bristle structure and ensures a dust-free product. By removing the dust generated by exhaust hoods, the brush is kept clean.
NONWOVEN FLAP CYLINDER
This unit removes sanding traces on products that have completed the sanding process, ensuring a smooth surface.
SCOTTISH CYLINDER SYSTEM
This unit removes the sanding marks on the finished products and improves the surface quality by preparing the perfect ground.
AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
It lubricates the linear rails and bearings on which the robot arms move at adjustable periods, thus ensuring trouble-free and long-lasting operation thanks to the Automatic Lubrication System offered as standard.
MOVABLE AIR JET UNIT FOR DUST CLEANING
The sanding dust on the product is cleaned by this equipment before it leaves the machine.
