We made a speech about Flexible Production Systems <\/i><\/b>of Finishing machines<\/i> with Ahmet Polat, KAMA R&D Specialist, in order to get information about the <\/i><\/b>Flexible Production Systems<\/b> <\/i>of Karabudak Makine, which has customers who need different production systems as well as every company that needs furniture production technologies.<\/p>

Hello, I am Ahmet POLAT, I am working as a Mechanical Design Engineer in Karabudak Machinery Research and Development department. Since we work mainly for export, most of our machine orders have short deadlines. At the same time, the demands and needs of our customers can vary according to their locations.<\/p>

Our department is constantly working to improve our machines because of the timely and accurate realization of short-term orders and the incoming requests have different options, and in this sense, we have great duties.<\/p>

We carry out our works that require many calculations, such as the correct positioning of the furniture production facilities, where our machines will be integrated, the correct positioning of the machine working directions, pre-calculating the machine operating directions, and the progress of the products to the drying system after painting.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

At the same time, we make the necessary effort to get the most accurate result by revising our technologies for the demands of facilities producing with different raw materials.<\/h2>

Generally, we encounter requests from our customers to use our machines with their own paint guns. In such cases, we can update the paint lines of our machine for the gun intended to be used, and we can respond to the demands without allowing any problems.<\/p>

Of course, these are not easy and we, as the R&D team, are constantly testing and keeping our designs up-to-date in order to realize these works with zero error.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

While our fully digitized machines are produced for the demands of our customers, of course many parts need to be reproduced. For example, we are faced with demands such as the machine working width being smaller than its normal dimensions in the orders we receive from the USA, or the machine working width being larger in our orders from the North African regions.<\/p>

In the meantime, all parts to be produced must be specially prepared for that machine. The fact that our Machining facility is located within our own structure provides great convenience for us.<\/p>

Due to the small size of the production facilities, we set up rotating conveyors for our customers who want to have a paint line but they dont have enough place, and we install our turnkey paint lines without the need for very high square meters.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our production lines like 2-foot seam up the center,\u00a0 7-axis CNC lathe machine and more\u00a0 are the\u00a0 special production machines which a few factories owned in Turkey like our machinery park. Thus, we have the convenience of making our productions for the design we want.<\/h2>

In addition to the optional features of many of our machines, we also evaluate the demands from our customers and keep our R&D studies constantly updated. When one of our customers wants the dust removal\u00a0 unit to be produced using more compressed air as a result of the request for the dust removal unit to be different before the raw material used by the paint machine after sanding, the whole team comes together to first create the draft of the work, complete the designs of the relevant parts and move forward by testing each step.\u00a0<\/p>

I can say that we have fulfilled all customer-oriented flexible production plans requested from our company so far, accurately and on time. Our machines have proved to all the World that how to effectively use the machines produced in Turkey and we are continuing our R & D work with increasing our speed in order to produce 100% domestic machines.<\/span><\/h3>

Although we have many options for the paint shop booths, which we constantly receive from our customers and are one of the most important areas of a furniture manufacturer, this technology is completely in direct proportion to the production area of our customer.Therefore, the entire work is prepared at the place where our customer will produce and we implement it by reviewing many parameters of the technology required. . Each millimeter is carefully calculated for\u00a0 how to give the necessary positive air pressure, from the dry filters to the water curtain, each feature is completely customer-oriented and uniquely produced.<\/p>

In addition to our machines, the production stages of the Paint Shop Booths are one of the best examples of our Flexible Production Systems.<\/p>
